I started working with Tim in my early stages of outlining a plan for my intended career change, when I knew what field I wanted to transition into but lacked a tangible plan. I used the workbook whilst also carrying out my own research into my intended career and reflecting around my transferrable skills, and found it to be a very helpful tool to shift an abstract idea into an actionable plan. I now have a better sense of where the gaps lies and what I need to do to maximise my chances of achieving this transition
